My entry into the world of breastfeeding began in the year 2008, marked by a personal and somewhat traumatic journey that challenged my confidence and resolve. Unfortunately, during that time, I did not have access to a Lactation Consultant or any kind of supportive community that could have eased my experience.

When I became a mother for the second time in 2011, my subsequent breastfeeding experience was significantly easier, although it was by no means seamless or without its own set of difficulties. It took several years of reflection before I realized that many other women, like myself, also faced various challenges while attempting to breastfeed. In response to this shared struggle, I began to immerse myself deeply into the world of Lactation over the course of a decade.
